Totally dissatisfied & disappointed. We will NEVER order from Dave &  Buster's again. They forgot to add the soda, the ice cream was melted, the ribs tasted bitter, as if soaked in lemon juice for hours. The wings were just ok. 
The  saving grace was the manager Terry. When I called he was kind. Not only did he listen to my grievance, he offered to correct the wrong. I will reconnect with  him soon.
