I paid extra for sour cream; little to none. Fries were soggy and not hot at all. The Del Combo Burritos were the same size, if not smaller than a Bean and cheese Burrito and had barely any beef!!

I have eaten at Del Tacos forever. I even used to work at one as a kid in high school.
I ordered an Epic Combo Beef & Bean burrito with extra sour cream, lettuce and tomato. What I got was the burrito with no sour cream and barely any lettuce or tomato. This has happened before, and it is super frustrating. Also, my fries were cold. Not the dasher's fault, they were put in the bag cold. I tried calling 4 times and let them know but went to voice mail. I definitely wouldn't recommend them, especially when we pay more for the convenience of food that the employees can't be bothered to make correctly.

ordered the snack tacos, the shells were soggy and stale and they tasted like plastic. ordered the nachos with queso. all the queso was on the bottom and in one corner. There was a small dollop of refried beans. most of the chips were soggy. The crinkle cut fries are one of my favorites in the area and today ours were limp and greasy and soggy and cold. normally really like del Taco but today is order was terrible

Unfortunately everything we ordered that had beans was super bland. Beer Battered Fish Taco was good though.
