Ordered Grilled Chicken Stuffed Quesadilla Tacos - 2 for $4 and Del Beef Burrito™. Food was fresh and tasty. However, the extra cheese and sauce I paid extra for was not on the food. Please read the orders when preparing the food.

Grilled chicken tacos were good. The double Del was good too. It was the fries that were awful. Usually they are cooked and crispy, but these were stale and hard, they seemed overcooked. I had a few but couldn't finish them, it was a bummer, because I love their fries. I was disappointed.

I am one to usally really enjoy del taco but today i decided to buy it through doordash and the sprite I got was watery and had a lot of ice in at least 75% of it was ice and the tostada had barely any thing else expect cheese and the fries had no salt

I greatly appreciated that the manager (I'm assuming) acknowledged, without prompting, that my order was completed 20 minutes before I arrived. The order was placed online and I scheduled for a later pick up but their machine may not have shown that. When I arrived, she voluntarily mentioned that the order had been sitting for several minutes and asked if I wanted them to remake it and they did it without hesitation. She could have easily let me walk out with a cold meal but she stepped up and provided the best customer service that I have ever experienced at this location. It doesn't take much to earn trust and loyalty and they have earned mine.

The tiniest bit of gucamole ive ever received on these fries and the meat is burnt literally to a crisp
