Didn't follow customizations. Fries were hard, quesadilla had no green sauce and barely any cheese. The quality of this particular store is consistently bad.

it was so full of chicken, guac and cheese that I could barely even eat it, 11/10 would recommend. I'm getting another one tomorrow.

i order the same thing every time so you think they'd pick up on that. carne asada fries had secret sauce when i asked for none, plus it hardly had any meat. the shrimp taco had shrimp and tomato THATS IT. no guacamole which i paid extra for no cabbage no cheese. nada.
There food isnt appealing. if you order 2 carne asada fries, for example one with extra meat and the other one regular theyll put less meat on the regular and a regular amount on the extra meat to make it appear like you have more.
they always and i mean always mess up i have to start going to another one 10m away when this one is just 2mins away

I had ordered a regular size cherry coke but tasted like water. I had ordered a larger Diet Coke but got a regular size instead. I asked for hot sauce packets but didn't get any at all. But the food was good and I maybe would order again .
