I'm a donut freak, love fritters. The apple maple bacon is the best fritter I've ever had by a good margin. Their peanut butter and jelly is amazing. They have some magic going on here. :)

This is the best breakfast in Portland. I get the French toast at least twice a week. Huge portion for what feels like a steal at only $4.50! Always fresh and comes with syrup already. So freaking good

Truly delicious donuts, but also the most affordable, tasty, healthy breakfast in town, the Rose Garden Omelet (Veg) plus the best perfectly crispy Bacon (2 Slices) for the omnivores. Owner Penny knows her customers and makes it a real neighborhood spot for those of us working in downtown SE. Happy to be a regular.

Friendly service, quality food, everything I've ordered has been fantastic. I'm particularly fond of the Vietnamese iced Coffee and their Breakfast Burritos are served hot, loaded with great ingredients, at an affordable price. Don't skip the bacon maple fritter, easily enough for two to share. Also, a lovely plant section, I have a money tree I purchased a few months ago that is thriving!

TT Breakfast Burritos came piping hot like it had just been served in house, due to great packaging.
Both Burritos were very large for value, and delicious.
Definitely a new favorite in the morning. 🌯🛐
