Ordered 2 minestrone soups, only received one. The soup was delivered hot and fresh but was a bit on the bland side. The meatball Parmesan sub was good and the portion very generous.

I ordered and there was no cheese on sub which clearly showed it was suppose to be on it. After calling the store they told me it never came with cheese. I read it to him and another person was talking in the background that it didn't say that. After basically being called a liar I hung up. Plus it was $22. I even offered to send photo . Horrible customer service !

Bread was hard as a rock. Had to take the sub apart and put it in a stale English muffin, which was still better.

I get this sandwich evetine I order and everytime it is delicious EXCEPT for today. Who ever read the order did not make my sandwich correctly. There was no cheese and instead of mayonnaise there was some kind of vinaigrette on it. Was highly disappointed today and hoping the next time it won't happen again

I ordered a whole sub with extra cheese. I only received a half a sub with no cheese at all. There should be a way that the store has to re-deliver your order without costing you extra fees.
