Food is always good. With DoorDash def used the refund if they don't have option. Past times I use contact me, order was horribly messed up.
But order was perfect today. Soups are really good my office loves them. Even with the mess ups we get them again.

I like the Lobster Crab Bisque however I didn't like they were out of another soup I ordered and they just substituted it without asking. Because now I had to argue for a refund for something I'm not gonna eat that I didn't ask for. They should've asked or just refunded what they didn't have. Not mad they ran out but to charge me for it without asking and giving an issue refunding it was crazy.

So the food seems great. But they consistently don't follow door dash instructions. Twice I'm shorted on my order and things are subbed when I click not to substitute.
