Something changed. The pepperoni was huge and thick. The box even changed. It tasted fine, BUT not the same as the Original DiCarlo's pizza. I know because my cousin owns the ORIGINAL DiCarlo's in Steubenville Ohio.

I grew up in Chicago, eating Rosatti's, Lou Malnatti's., and Tortorices. That spoiled me. When I moved to Ohio, I could not find anything that measured up (Okay, Donattos is a pretty unique and tasty pizza) . But then I found DeCarlo's! A little oasis amongst blase pizza in Akron. So simple, so delicious, so unique! And it's inexpensive! I'd pay twice the price for its crust alone! Just wish they offered a few more toppings (The Akron site tried, but corporate slapped them down. Nice try, guys!)

What happened to the cheese? You used to have huge strings of cheese when you broke the pizza roll apart. Now it is flat and with hardly any. The pizza had hardly any too.

Doesnt quite look like the photos... it actually looks like a completely different pizza. The crust is crunchy which is nice, the flavor is just kind of, right in the middle. Not good, not bad, pretty forgettable. Im personally not a fan of uncooked pepperoni, but maybe they just forgot to put them on until after the pizza came out of the oven.
Wouldn't recommend as a pizza place, maybe they do other things well.
