I swore I'd never eat there again but the new ownership and staff is a breath of fresh air. I decided to give them a shot and it was great. Way better flavor and portions. I will definitely be eating their food again and I really appreciate them for having such a higher standard than the old Dickey's. Thank you.

The classic sandwich combo wasn't good. The brisket was very dry and tasteless. Bun was toasted but soaked in oil. Fries were dry and soggy. Not worth the buy 1 get 1 free. Also they plated the 2 meals in 1 takeout plate, it should have been plated seperate since it wa for 2 people.

I have eaten here around 10 times, but today’s visit was not even halfway good. The meat was dry, hard, and filled with tough, rubbery fat. In many bites there seemed to be more hard fat than actual meat, and even the areas with more meat still had rubbery fat marbled throughout.
The fries were extremely soggy, looked and tasted burnt straight out of the bag. Tried to reheat fries under low heat but the burnt taste couldn't be improved even with crunch. The two sandwiches were basically fat sandwiches with very little actual meat inside.
Very disappointed compared to prior visits.

It used to have great meats. Now, the brisket is barely cooked enough, with lots of chewy fat still on it and the meat just shy of being raw. The chicken is dry, with less flavor. We've given it a couple of chances since they were awesome when they first opened, but are highly discouraged with quality of their products.

Got the 2 Meat Platet Plate for about $22. Upgraded to brisket for an extra $1.50 but was not worth it. My other meat was chicken breast but was the driest chicken I've ever had. Neither meat had a smoky bbq flavor. The cabbage slaw had no flavor either, just tasted like chopped cabbage. Mac and cheese was okay but tasted like canned macaroni and cheese. As far as freshness goes, everything tasted like it was made today but kind of tasted like it's been sitting out, so that might be why the meat is dry. You also don't get that much food for what you are paying. Probably won't order again unless the price starts matching the quality.
