The sandwich was pretty good. Nice and warm and fresh. The fries on the otherhand tasted like five guys fries but overcooked in car oil, borderline not edible. Filling portion; would order again.

We have had dickeys before in our home city, so decided to give them a try here on a visit. We ordered for pickup as our hotel was within walking distance. Food was cold, brisket was very tough and chewy with no smoke flavor or really any flavor at all. The kielbasa was the only star of the meal. It was awesome! ribs were ok, but the smallest I've ever seen, and the extra one for 4 bucks was an end with very little meat. Beans were good, Mac salad was ok, Mac and cheese might have been better if they weren't cold. Overall very disappointing!

order the same thing often. tonight it was awful. the brisket was not sliced but shredded. it was toughand not good. the pork had a stranew flavor. i couldn't eat it. the portions were much smaller than previous orders. my order was also missing several items that I paid for.

Ordered brisket and it was so gross and not worth the money, it was pure fat so hardly any of the meat was edible

This was the three meat plate, or what was supposed to be the three meat plate. We only got two meats and they were really small portions. What are we paying money for, if we're not getting what we are trying to purchase.
