My only critique is that The peach cobbler texturally was more soft and loose like a pudding but it still tasted great with the sweet spices and peach flavors
I do appreciate the thicker Mac and cheese sauce, since a lot of places tend to have their sauces looser in comparison.

Had to meat combo wings & Sausage, one side of coleslaw the food was extremely good and so was the sauce. Coleslaw was creamy, sweet and delicious.. But the portions left a great great great deal to the Imagination, Six wings was not the whole wing just the drumstick part smoked sausage was extremely small, sliced it into thin pepperoni slices for the small cost of $26.

Doc Watson's foods are dependently good and they follow any special instructions that you provide. There are so many restaurant workers who miss or ignore special instructions. Doc Watson tends to cook the meats a little over - done. I make sure to add instructions to not overcook the ribs or tips. The wings might be under-cooked, so be sure to ask for the wings to be well done. The red hots are good and not too spicy. Doc Watson's servers are friendly, servings are generous. They provide fast service.
Once you know the tricks to ordering from them, your orders will be great.

Husband had the 3 meat combo platter, I had the 2 meat combo patter. Mil had the pulled pork sandwich.
We used to be frequent customers after a year and a half break due to being caregivers, life just kept us busy. We were highly disappointed! The meats were all dry. Including the macanf cheese! Seems the quality of food has gone down and it really shows.
