This looks like a badly run franchise. They have no eye for detail. They miss the customizations all the time. Today we ordered a hand-tossed pizza with other things. A thin crust pizza arrived that felt more like a crunchy stale bread than a pizza. Whosoever is managing orders is bad. Horrible experience.
