I called the store to try to get the garlic dipping sauce switched out for the nacho cheese sauce due to the fact that the nacho cheese sauce is not offered on doordash. she asked why I was ordering through doordash and not through the Domino's app. I said that I compared the two and that it was cheaper through doordash. she said she was unable to do any swaps because it's through doordash. she proceeded to argue with me that it would be cheaper through the Domino's app/website.
she said she doesn't see how because she uses the Domino's app all the time.
the pizzas got delivered. the delivery driver said that the Garlic Dipping Cup sauces were not included and she would have to go back and get them.
not only could they not exchange for the nacho cheese cups but they didn't even send the sauces that I did order.
sadly, this isn't the first experience that I've had similar to this with Domino's, through doordash.
Horrible experience. Horrible customer service.
