Loved the quality of the pizza! The Works pizza had lots of fresh flavorful toppings and even the plain cheese pizza was a step above what you would receive at most chains.

Pizza tasted like little Caesars with a high-end price. also, this was Red Robin. literally, it has a different name, but when you pull up, it's red Robin, and that's where you pick it up from. cookie was a regular chocolate chip cookie that was cold and slightly underdone. I didn't even finish my food and ended up getting something else for dinner.

Our pizzas were nothing like the pictures. their menu items are definitely misrepresented. In the collage photo you can see what was ordered in the top photos and what was received in the bottom. I ordered green peppers on the Serious Meat™ pizza and they threw 6 pieces if uncooked pepper on the pizza after the pizza was cooked - I paid more for this by the way. The Pepperoni didn't even have half the pepperoni shown on the ordering page. The Mozzarella Sticks were overcioked and had very little cheese still in them. I tried contacting Donatos 3 times via their website and email and received no response before leaving this review weeks later.

First time ordering pizza from here. Ordered the works pizza. Was disappointed. I don't really order pizza, so when I do, I'm bummed when it's not good. There was barely any sauce on the pizza, and with all the toppings, it made it really salty. Unfortunately, I don't think I will order from here again.

Pizza was overcooked, especially on the edges. With Donatos, that's the best part.
