The fried tofu snack is 10/10. It arrived fresh and still crispy/firm, and it wasnt greasy at all. The umami tofu sauce that accompanied it complemented the seasoning so well. I enjoyed every bite. I also really liked the passion fruit green tea. I ordered it half sweet with pearls, and it was wel balanced. I would order again.

We ordered Pandan eggette every time we ordered from Dots. It's still crispy and tasty even with delivery. Eggettes we ordered from other stores always come soggy. And Siu Mai is also our favorite. Love that it's crispy which is different from other places. And the drinks are all great!

This is the second time I've ordered from Dots twice in a single week, and both times have been fantastic! I started with the refreshing Watermelon Slush 清爽西瓜汁 and the creamy Mango Coco Mango Coco Sago 楊枝甘露. This time, I decided to try the Original Eggette 原味港式雞蛋仔, and it didn't disappoint. Every item was absolutely delicious, with perfect portions and super fresh flavors. I can't wait to place my next order—imagine what I'll try next!

Ordered at 3pm Friday afternoon for delivery and the boba was hard in the center for 2 of our drinks. Extremely disappointed considering they're $7+ drinks... The boba might not be fresh, it's giving overnight boba that wasn't reheated enough. Drinks came fast too so I can't imagine in 20 minutes the boba hardened.

The Taiwanese Crispy Chicken 台式鹽酥雞 was so dry that it had an old and stale taste. The Black Sesame Milk Tea 黑芝麻奶茶 was watery and had smeared black sesame on the cup but had no taste of black sesame even after scraping and rigorously mixing the cup.
