The last couple of orders has been very disappointing. The Chicken Served with Regular Wedges has been mostly overcooked. The skin(best part) has been so hard that you cannot bite into it. The Chicken is so dry that it's almost inedible. I have ordered the same dishes from this store and was quite happy with it. The last couple of orders has been so disappointing that I have decided to not order from them again.
In addition to this reporting an issue is always frustrating. The bots apologize for the issues and that is the end of it.
