• 10/3/25Seen the sign in passing on the Highway and something told me to just go there. Ordered 3 Po'boys (2 chicken, 1 scallop) and was quite surprised by how amazing it was. The young lady at the counter was very friendly & informative. The amount of fries rivals Five Guys, the bun was soft, the scallops were crisp. It instantly reminded me of going to City Island (NYC) Doug's did not disappoint.

• 10/7/24I paid almost 40bux for 1 fish meal and the fish wasn't cooked all the way it was the smallest piece of fish i have ever seen come out of there. The fries were soggy not cold but soggy. Very upsetting Doug's use to be my favorite place.

• 25/2/23Probably one of the best things Cortland has to offer. Doug's offerings are always great, the fish is fried to perfection, the soups are all good, and I can not stress enough how good their onion rings are.

• 30/4/23the po-boy sandwich states it is served on a hoagie, mine came served on a hot dog bun with so much sirracha mayo that the roll was soggy and falling out. Ultimately I had to take the shrimp out and just eat them by themselves. the seafood chowder also very disappointing, it was super bland and had absolutely no flavor at all. I will not be ordering from here again, it has clearly gone down hill. I paid $30 to eat 4 shrimp

• 3/1/25I understand that the Fish Onion Dinner is deep fried, but there is literally a puddle of oil that leaked through the wrap, down to all over the Chicken Onion Dinner , all over the delivery bag, and still had like 2 tablespoons of oil left in the wrap. Normally Doug’s is spot on but I just wasted $45 on two meals that were inedible. I guess at least the ice creams were good!
