• 22/12/24My favorite Breakfast spot! The Jumbo Cinnamon Roll is so yummy!!! The best I have ever tried, so worth it! And the Breakfast Burrito is packed with chorizo.

• 22/8/26Order included a small spoonful of rubbery overcooked eggs. There was no way that there were two scrambled eggs included. Ham was essentially just two slices of deli-style ham--not thick-sliced breakfast ham. I've ordered this dish before and it was fine. This time missed the mark. Not sure what happened.

• 24/2/26Downtown Chandler Café is one of my favorite places! I absolutely love their chai tea latte and every once in a while, I will get the dirty chai! Their pastries are always a hit, fresh and yummy! Their jumbo cinnamon roll is hands down DELICIOUS!! Will be ordering again for sure :D

• 13/6/25We were very disappointed in both meals we got, but I only took a photo of the Biscuit & Gravy . The biscuit was really dense, dry and half of it was hard as a rock. the gravy was not a white gravy like shown in the photo, but a weird brownish color. The meat in it tasted nothing like sausage, and had no flavor at all. It reminded me of dogfood and had a little smell to it.
the sausage patty was ok, tasted like a frozen patty. The potatoes had a nice flavor, but needed to be cooked longer. The eggs were thin and had no fluff to them at all, and were pretty oily.
My SO got the Breakfast Croissant with bacon. The croissant was soggy, the egg as bad as what I got, there was very little bacon in it and the cheese was barely a strip. Again the potatoes could've been cooked more.
We definitely won't be ordering from here again.

• 3/5/23Downtown Chandler cafe is my favorite in person and doordash restaurant. They have never gotten my order wrong and the food is always delicious. The have great breakfast and lunch options. The jumbo cinnamon roll is the perfect sweet treat! I can't not get one when I go. I just tried the biscuits and gravy and they were delicious as well. I have not been disappointed yet. Great local spot!!
