The brisket wasn't as tender as I like and was a little dry. The sides needed something, maybe more of the seasonings. Sugar was a them of the bbq sauce and it had a water like consistency.

We did not get what we ordered! We ordered the brisket dinner and got sausage instead. It went straight to trash.
The ribs had been reheated until they were dry and not juicy at all. We will not be ordering again.
