My only concern is there was no cover on the coffee lid, the hole was open and exposed and there is no way to know if it was tampered with or prevent spillage in transport. Food is good. Coffee is good.

The food is tasty but the presentation is not good. The container was barely closed and there was a hole at the top, along with the containers for the condiments smooshed and not secure. This is not the first time this has happened.

Soup & Half Sandwich is consistently good. The only issue I have is orders tend to be labeled with only a first name which makes taking the wrong order an occasional issue.

I had the chicken cheesesteak and soup. The soup was wonderful, but I wish I got the full cheesesteak because it was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Great sweet potato fries too!
