The pork gyoza is delicious. I do wish the description mentioned the purple cabbage because seeing it for the first time was a little shocking. The snap peas could be better. As opposed to being crunchy and "snap" peas they're overwhelmed by sauce and soft. Essentially 0 snap.

I apparently am not a fan of dumplings. i tried the XLB Combo, was not able to eat it all. the dumplings did have juices inside which was something new to me. Why I couldn't finish it was due to the unique flaover of each one. As I have had dumplings and Kimchi where there was no juices inside. Sesame Balls were good, but came covered with oil. and were quite filling. I also tried their Edamame; it came well seasoned. If you cannot handle spicy things I would stay away. Edamame also was covered/cooked in oil which made it a bit messy.

Best pork buns ever. The texture was perfect and sauce was yummy and the meat was tender and plentiful

Everytime I have a horrible day in our nightmare reality I order dumpling time and ITS SO GOOD that it TURNS MY FROWN UPSIDE DOWN LITERALLY! We even have a song we sing in my house at the end of a hard day "dumpling time, dumpling time" because NOTHING DISAPPOINTS YOU OR DISCOURAGES YOU AT DUMPLING TIME and it will make your day better. the mapo tofu appetizer does not mess around with the spice. WE LOVE YOU DUMPLING TIME!
