I get my dunkin probably 3-5 times a week at this new dunkin! Sometimes I pick up and sometimes I order through DoorDash. Either way this team is very consistent with quality and how fast they complete orders. Def the best in charlotte

I've really enjoyed my Breakfast from this location... Especially the Turkey Sausage,Egg White,& Cheese on Multi-Grain Bagel It was so Hot & Fresh! Munchkins were Great too! So Glad they Sell Mountain Dew in the Bottle...😊 Will definitely order again, Great Locations! 😀

The muffin I ordered was like smashed flat to where I thought I ordered something else or the wrong thing was placed in the bag. It looked intentional as well. I can't say it was the dasher cause the bag wasn't smashed or tapered with so I would hope the restaurant wouldn't have intentionally placed a smashed flat muffin in my bag. I had to eat it with crumbs all over the place and wasn't able to enjoy it.

The Large Iced Latte had no flavoring in it therefore no sweetener at all. It tasted terrible and we had no straws.

LOVE this new Dunkin' so much. They did their big one with these guys! And the food is always fresh and staff is always the besssttt.
