Perfect latte and they remember the straw!!!! A lot of places forget the straw  which is usually not a big  deal but it is for an iced coffee . Donuts were fresh and all correct

I received 9 donuts instead of 12 now there isn't enough for the entire office they should have called to let me know they couldnt make the order and I should get my money back, i didn't pay for 9 donuts I paid for 12

The store consistently does not get the order correct. Pretty much every order from the store leaves items out from the order. They should have a manager double check orders. I understand people make mistakes but it's a consistent problem.

My bagel was burnt completely. my iced coffee was delicious but between the burn bagel and hard as rock munchkins, I do not recommend.

This was the WORST Iced Dunkalatte I have ever had! It was literally all espresso and no coffee milk. I ended up having to throw it away because I couldn't even choke it down! We'll definitely continue to go to the locations on route 60, as they seem to know how to get it right!
