Coffee was too dark for my liking. My iced coffee with 3 cream 3 sugar and 3 butter pecan usually has a lighter color and more of a butter pecan taste. My coffee was bland. Barely tasted any butter pecan. My bagel bites were a bit over toasted. They usually are soft but today they were a bit tough and a bit dark. But ofc I spent my money and I was hungry as hell, so I ate them anyway. The loaded hashbrowns are a never miss. They always get those right. I ordered one with bacon and one without bacon for my son and both were good. Would I order again...yes because they've gotten my orders good in the past today was just a bit off

Bagel tasted strange; maybe stale? Cream cheese was also all piled up in the center of the bagel, barely any actually ON the bagel.

Dasher was extremely slow.  It took over an hour to receive my order and to top it off the donuts were a little hard as if they were yesterday's donuts.  This Dunkin Donuts usually has fresh soft donuts.  They dropped the ball that day.

the Cold Brew is absolutely disgusting. you can't taste the butter pecan and theyre so bitter
