Honestly the employees are so nice that the dasher and I have received a complimentary donut or small beverage every once in awhile. It could be the fact that I frequented do much. Donuts are always good and never wrong and my cold beverages are still good by the time I receive it.

This is the second time I got an iced matcha that had a literal drop of the matcha mix in it. If I wanted a 7.00 glass of milk, I wouldve ordered one. I also ordered a bagel with cream cheese and the bagel was so hard, it hurt my jaw. Quality at this location is clearly not a priority based on other reviews. Will

got the smores coffee which is typically ok when i get it everywhere else - had a coworker confirm, it tastes like an ash tray. also didn't label hot honey bacon vs plain bacon wrap, so that was chill ig

. order the usual iced latte decaf, it always has color to it because I get caramel and mocha added along. it was completely white and tasted like milk and sugar. I was able to get refunded, I reordered but was once again disappointed because the usual Thompson Road store didn't show up yet.  oh and when you try to call them forget about it they never answer

Bagel tasted stale and was really difficult to eat because it was so hard. The croissant was over cooked and the rest was lukewarm at best.
