Their hot chocolate is the best out of any other place. Hot, creamy, chocolatey. You can easily add an additional flavor to make it more indulgent like peppermint or hazelnut or raspberry. Easily my favorite place for hot chocolate!

the iced mocha latte came with almost 3/4ths ice, I emptied out all the latte into another coffe mug & that's how I know. which made the iced mocha latte taste mainly like water. 1st time this has happened when ordering from this location

Worst ice karma latte. I ever had and it was supposed to be assorted mix of donut holes. And it was only 3 kinds, powdered glazed and chocolate. And I know they have a lot more. This was ordered in the morning. So there should have been other ones in my thing that I paid good money for but the worst thing was the ice.  Karma latte that was terrible

my sandwich was good but my matcha tasted like the milk went bad. I think the milk was either expired or something else.
