I love the Iced Matcha Latte and Everything Stuffed Bagel Minis but sadly I've noticed quite often when you order the matcha late they don't fill it all the way shown in the picture, it's kind of disappointing as when I go to the location myself normally they fill it all the way. but regardless both always taste really good would recommend :)

Haven't ordered DD in a long time and can't believe how puny the donuts are. We also had some that were hard around the edges.  One of the apple fritters had 2/3's of a donut (like 1/3 was torn off).
Still taste like DD flavor, but price used to include bigger sized and fresh. Not going to make delivery of these a habit.

Lower rating for the following reasons:
- An item was substituted without asking what we would like for the replacement or even if we would like a replacement.
- The wrong donut (supposed to have sprinkles and doesn't)
- Pastries squished together in one bag
- Misleading drinks (ordered iced but arrived in hot drink cups)
- Poor presentation of egg bites

I order from Dunkin enough to know how each item should be served and this aint it man.

I love their coffee, but they could at least fill the cups all the way. I'm just giving them free money at this point.

They're physically incapable of filling the cups all the way because this isn't the first time it's happened. Also, the chai tastes like straight up syrup. Safe to say I will never be ordering Dunkin again.
