When I got my iced coffee it tastel like burnt coffee sitting for hours.Anf the munchkins were hard like cardboard.I know i worked for Dunkin many years.When u make iced coffee .U need to make sure u take the parts to the machine and clean them correctly.And also when u make ice coffee your suppose to stir it back and forth with a big spoon.Im sorry I dnt like to complain but this time I was very disappointed.And usually your store is on point with making and serving customers.Sorry !

I ordered a dozen donuts and received 1 muffin and 2 cinnamon rolls instead. They did call letting me know they didn't have frozen coffee but mentioned nothing about the donuts. Idk if this was driver error or not. The bag was sealed but wasn't labeled.

Thi store consistently doesn't send me the right food. It feels like it is almost at random. Today I got my wake up wraps with ONLY cheese in them. What a joke

Sent wrong items , literally just threw items together it didn't even looked cooked
