Redeemed. My first order was terrible. This was perfect -- all items and delivered a little early. Everything was fresh and my breakfast sandwich was warm.

Wake-up alert: Firstly, the wrap dough was cooked in some areas but other areas was too doughy as if it were undercooked. The bacon in all of the wraps were translucent and pink - definitely not cooked all the way! Lastly, the cheese was browned almost blackened at parts which made it hard and overwhelming burnt flavor. There was 0 quality control here.

I really like their soudough sandwiches with egg, white cheddar, and sausage. Lately they have been consistent, and arrived with the sausage I requested. Prior to that, I'd been receiving the sandwich with bacon instead of the sausage I'd ordered.

Normally my order is great. The green tea is terrible, there is no sugar or flavoring in it and not enough green tea. I received no straws with my order either.

The bagels had the most DISGUSTING flavor. I spit the 1st one into the trash. The coffee was the wrong flavor - it was clearly gingerbread, which I do not enjoy. This Dunkin's is hit or miss, unfortunately!
