This Dunkin' has never been great. But lately they've been extra bad. Half the time they don't even include a straw in the bag with your drink. Asking them to toast a muffin or a croissant is a waste of time because they never bother to do it. And pretty frequently your baked goods will show up old and hard. Disappointing.

2nd time I've ordered plain bagel minis. And you've given me everything bagel minis and my child is allergic to the seeds. Not sure how plain bagel minis can't be added to the order if it's on the ticket.

I don't like that you can't add cold foam on this app and the fact that it didn't even come full. Clearly there was room for more matcha or cold foam.
