The butter pecan Iced Macchiato was strong and delicious. I typically order from the Dunkin on western Blvd and had to stop because the coffees were all creamer and water no coffee. This is my second order from this location and I have yet to be disappointed! If you're ever unhappy with beverages or food at one Dunkin location make sure to check out another before giving up!

All the icing on the donuts were super runny and considering half of them were supposed to be sprinkled and have so few sprinkles between them that all of it could have normally been on one donut, my kid was pretty bummed when he saw it. Not sure if this is a one off incident or if Dunkin is just trying to be cheap these days; when I went in to the cedar point store a few weeks ago and picked out donuts for a 1/2 dozen box, they all looked substantially better than these.

Didn't get a straw, didn't follow instruction requests, asked for cream cheese on the side of the bagel and they put it on, also gave me burnt bacon pieces and barely put any in there.

I ordered a non-toast Bagel with Cream Cheese Spread and it came toasted and too hard to eat. There wasn't even enough cream cheese on itfor the whole thing. And the Maple Sugar Snackin' Bacon was cold and hard.

What happened to large Coffee Rolls that you can unwind and dip ? Half the size, no napkins or wax paper paper ? Service just sad especially considering what you pay....sorry, but disapointing.
