I usually love dunkin but this time my drink was not even full and it didn't taste anything like a matcha latte. we also were not given straws and our cereal and milk coffee tasted exactly like black coffee.

Ordered first thing this morning before the store opened and only got half of what I ordered (they substituted several varieties). This is common with this store.
