This breakfast was perfect, warm when I received it and just as I ordered nothing was left out. The bagel was nice and soft and the bacon cooked perfectly and the egg nice and seasoned.

All of the donuts were hard.  The glazed donuts were so dry the glaze was completely flaky and white.  Even the jelly filled and Boston cream were like hockey pucks and had almost no filling.  It's like they were so dry the filling evaporated out of them.  It seemed like they were all day old donuts. At least the latte was good.

Both my bagel and sausage egg and cheese croissant was burnt beyond eating. I spent 22.00 to have non edible food delivered. What made a bad experience worst, no one answered the store phone, only received message that answering machine is full then disconnected every time I called. 
Hard food could not be accidentally wrapped and bagged, someone purposely sent out burnt food that Ihadvto pay for.

Not a fan of the English muffin...way too thick. The coffee didn't have any flavor after requesting vanilla and French vanilla. The donut holes were awesome. May not order from Dunkin again...

was toasted and had cheese yuck! burnt on the edges, could not get all the cheese off but at least it had plenty of bacon
