HORRIBLE. Coffee taste like there's no syrup. Bagel is hard as a rock

Instead of a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese I received an everything bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Instead of a double chocolate donut, I received a sprinkle donut. Absolute waste of money, so basically I paid 18 dollars for a coffee
