The box wasn't taped it was open. I don't really understand that because every time I order from you guys, the boxes taped up or has stickers on it to make sure the box is closed. This box has nothing on there. I don't understand why and I'm not happy about that. I'm kind of skeptical on eating the donuts now.

The Iced Latte cup had a bulge at the bottom. the Espresso had not been stirred/shaken it was all just sitting there.

I did not specify any dairy or sweetener in my coffee order, which should mean black coffee. But the coffee I was delivered had both cream and sugar, way too much sugar. 

I have watched how Dunkin' agents prepare coffee. They just pour in the cream or milk and then the sugar and stir (if they stir at all), which makes the sugar congeal in a clump. The proper way to add sugar to hot coffee is to put in the sugar first, stir, then add cream or milk.

I suggest Dunkin' add a box for "Black coffee" to its online DoorDash form, so customers who wish to have black coffee may be  more certain they will receive  it that. way.
