For two straight orders they have not had multiple of the donuts I ordered and gave me donuts that were stale. On top of not following up on the promise of additional donuts for my trouble.

The Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Breakfast Sandwich wasn't toasted. And the tea wasn't sweet at all even after I put the same amount of sugar I usually do. Also either I'm tripping or you could taste that whatever the Hash Browns were cooked in wasn't clean.

Hash brown has some sort of cheese wiz type cheese on it. To be expected for Dunkin'. I am more annoyed I requested powder donut and they gave me a jelly filled powder donut. Waste of my money.

This drink was not made with love at all. It was filled to the very top to where it was messy. I had to wipe it down inside the top of the cup and bcus it was filled all the way to the top, it was spilling everywhere. I also ended up wasting it bcus I was to clean the cup off to keep from making a mess.
