Caramel Frappe was very watery and Scone tasted old and very hard. This is typically my favorite but definitely not after this experience. Delivery was over 1 hour later than anticipated and the App showed both the driver waiting on order and order being filled both at the same time which was 5 minutes past the delivery time. Disappointed by both services!

ordered the drink and muffin, the muffin was unavailable and the drink arrived completely melted and with no whipped cream or flavor, the cup wasn't even full (see photo)

A little sad they were out of what I wanted. It would have been nice if it had been stocked out so I could order something that was actually available. My door dasher was great tho. He tried to call to let me know, but I was on the phone at the time. The coffee I did order was great.
