I usually love Eataly, however their delivery items need help. The tiramisu is prepackaged and has been refrigerated all day and the pizza was mostly bread with very little cheese in the middle. The only reliable thing I ordered were the cans of San Pellegrino. In store everything is amazing, so better to just go.

I feel like the quality is dropping a bit. They don't send Parmesan cheese with the pasta anymore which I don't know, would be nice to have with a 24 dollar Spaghetto al Pomodoro. Quality is still high, but value is lower.

Coffee on top of Tiramisu was congealed and tasted awful. Almost tasted like it's expired and been sitting around for days

The lasagne Emiliane makes tv dinner look and taste gourmet. This was the worst dish I have ever had from American italian cuisine in the last 20 years. I feel sorry whoever deems this edible and the poor souls that end up consuming this burnt on the outside and raw on the inside biology project.
