Although the food was delivered warm, and the quantity was sufficiently filling, unfortunately the Vegetable Ramen Soup and the Vegetable Udon Soup had absolutely no flavour. They essentially just had raw vegetables in a watery broth. Plus the lids for the two Tempura Shrimp dipping sauces were not properly closed so both had opened and completely spilt inside of the plastic bag; we didn't even get a chance to try it. The tempura itself was nicely battered and crispy though.

The beef is very very lean. Ended up very chewy. And myrder arrived warm.Teriyaki for Two Meal Deal!

They put meat in my Crispy Tofu order. I am vegetarian. When I requested reimbursement, there was no response fro them. No ethicsat all.
