Low quality bagels. Bagels are never fresh and they do not season properly. I am huge fan of breakfast bagels and these are among the worst I've had.

OK first time I'm buying from this bagel shop, and I have to tell you the NEW! Country Bagels & Gravy Egg Sandwich is ok? They need a sauce rather than gravy cause I didn't taste it, but the the bite with Twice-Baked Hashbrown is Awesomeness that really packs a PUNCH! If you sell this with that cha ching! Although, everything was cooked to perfection and the bagel cut very thin ( kudos to that ). The sandwich can't stand alone without some other sauce that's just my opinion and how I see it. But I will order again from this bagel shop.

Ordered the Nova Lox Brunch Special and what I was sent was NOT that. I got a bagel with ONLY cream cheese, 2 different muffins and NO lox?? And for $30?? Not ordering from here again.

The girl who was working was great. She was also alone it seemed. It was busy and she was doing her best. I did an order online an hour before so I thought my order should've been ready.
