I received one piece of bacon on the country gravy sandwich. It was a waste of money. Both bagels were just sloppy and quickly put together. Just solidified I wouldn't order from this establishment again.

I ordered this all the time and it was by far one of the best sandwiches I had today they didn't skimp out on the bacon everything was fresh and very very very good great job!

Bagels were warm and toasted but for the amount you pay for shmear they went light on it.

I normally love Einstein. But this order was completely messed up. I'm actually not sure if they gave me someone else's order or they messed up mine. I ordered a baker's dozen sliced. Not one bagel was sliced. Also the bagels that I ordered were not included in the box. No one called me to ask if it was ok to make substitutions. I would have said no thank you. This is poor customer service. Thankfully Door Dash gave me a partial refund. I doubt I'll order from Einstein again anytime soon.

Bagels are good, service is not. No matter how many times I order they always manage to completely screw up my order. Ordered 6 choco chip bagels today, they sent me 6 cinnamon raisin without even contacting me.
