Carne Asada Fries are soooo good. Definitely one of those cravings you can't get out of your head until you have them. The meat is tender, guac and pico super fresh and it's the perfect ratio of fries to toppings. Super yum!!!

Esquites (elote) was half the size of what was pictured. As was the Queso Fundido. And the pollo asado tacos and the carne asado tacos were each actually only 1 taco! The images for each show 3 tacos! Carne Asada meat was SO hard we couldn't even chew it. Corn in the Esquites was very over cooked as well. Rice was hard. Also in general, too much cheddar cheese used - gets too hard too fast after cooking and doesn't add a lot of flavor. That was pretty much the only cheese on the Quesadilla--Haven't been to El Burro for a few years... probably won't be returning and I'm sad because it's a local spot. Way too expensive for what you get.

absolutely my favorite burrito joint in town, as a burrito snob. namely, this reminds me of the kind of fast and easy burritos I used to get as a kid from neighborhood vendors in norcal, so while it's not gourmet... it's exactly what I want in a comfort food!

Order got messed up the first time, but they quickly and effectively corrected the situation. (Surf and turf burrito is amazing I highly recommend it)

Ordered beans and extra meat, paid $20, this burrito is extremely over-salted and contains no beans and no extra meat.
