Unmelted cheese in my enchilada with basically no sauce I know cheese enchiladas like as basic as you get, but how could you screw that up? Honestly, I'm not from Arizona. I'm actually from way further up north closer to Canada. I won't say the state but I figured closer to Mexico the better than Mexican food, that has not been the case at all. Probably won't be buying from these guys again. Extremely mid, I don't know about freshness, but I can say their stuff is not cooked. I got the kids cheese enchilada, and the portion was impact kid size which is fine, but everything else is for sure not worth your time.

The cheese crisp was good but I was disappointed the green chiles were not on the crisp.
