Get the brisket burrito.. add chili con carne
And bbq sauce!!! We used "head country brand" (original flavor. )
THE.BEST.THING.EVER. :)
Good food, great portions, decently priced.
Def recommend! Margaritas are good too!

Whoever they have working the kitchen today did a terrible job with portion size. Our kids meal literally had one scoop of mac & cheese, like maybe a spoonful and that was it that was my kids meal. It was an actual kids meal so there wasn't enough food. Then we normally get a side of salsa with our meal when we order normally today we wanted extra salsa so we ordered a salad of salsa and then they didn't give us the regular side as punishment I guess since we ordered our own side of already and paid extra doesn't really make sense. The tortilla soup was horrible. There was barely any chicken or rice in it and avocado was bad.

The food tasted good, but there was barely any fajita meat compared to the picture and compared to what you would get if you were in the restaurant. Also, the refried beans were very shallow. I got double beans with no rice, and it seems they just put half of one serving of beans into each side compartment. Each tub contained about ½ serving. Higher cost for less food = robbery. 2 stars because the food tasted good. The tortilla chips had excellent flavor but were a bit thin.

My meal was near perfect tonight which was unexpected since I've gotten some mediocre meals lately. The brisket tacos were excellent and the chips were crispy and fresh, the beans were great and the sopapilla was big and so yummy.Glad I tried El Fenix again. I will def get the brisket next time! (maybe in the enchiladas hmm...)

Getting it delivered is almost as good as being there. Salsa and queso never disappoint. The tilapia Vera Cruz is fantastic and is always on point. The Tilapia Veracruz is so fresh and the sauce is very flavorful. We've ordered a lot from here. It's the best.
