Tacos - 4 tacos for the price of 3 are good and great value but the Nachos Supremo / Supreme Nachos were a huge hit - love this place and will be ordering a lot more in the future!

I’ve had great experiences with El Huaraches Mexican Grill earlier this year, so I’m not leaving a dislike or refund request, this is just feedback for future orders.
I ordered during the weekend from the special cemitas menu: one breaded chicken cemita and one steak cemita (with a note for no cheese on the steak due to lactose intolerance). Instead, I received a breaded chicken torta and a plate of three tostadas, along with a note saying the original items couldn’t be delivered and were replaced.
I understand substitutions happen, but a few things made this order difficult:
- The mystery meat on the tostadas was extremely fatty and gelatinous, and unfortunately no one could stomach it. We would’ve been completely fine with a simple, common substitution like chicken, pork, or beef.
- The torta was much drier and tougher than the one I had earlier this year, almost like reheated leftovers. It also had cheese, so the person with dietary restrictions couldn’t eat it, and since the tostadas didn’t work out either, they ended up with nothing.
They did include a free soda and a side of chips (no guac), which I appreciate. Maybe I just ordered at a bad time, because I genuinely had an excellent experience previously.
My only recommendation is: if substitutions are necessary, it would really help to swap with a common, straightforward option rather than something unusual, especially when dietary notes are included.
I’ll likely order again because I’ve enjoyed the food before. I’m just hoping the next experience is closer to the quality I had earlier this year.

It was so great to enjoy something other that tacos, burritos and nachos as Mexican food. The enchiladas and Mole were delicious and so was the flan I had for dessert. Will be ordering from here again. Great flavors.

The Costillas Adobadas de Cerdo brings me back to Mexico. Delicious and the meat just falls off the bone. Would recommend 10/10

Flavor is always on point! The sauces taste better than other places and the meats are seasoned well. They really know how to cook.
