Chicken was haphazardly cut (some pieces still partly joined), and was overcooked and dry in places. Asked for plain salt on chips, but they were covered in chicken salt.
Very disappointing as El Jannah is usually excellent. First time order was from the Malvern Road store instead of Swanston Street store - maybe this was the reason for the poor experience. A friend recently tried El Jannah and I was shocked when they told me how terrible it was, but now wondering if they purchased from this same location. Cannot recommend based on this instance, but if you know for sure your order is being fulfilled by the Swanston Street store then I would highly recommend.
