Im from San Diego and always in search of halfway decent Mexican food and this place was some of the best Birria ive had. The El Jefe Special is a great deal and they arent shy with their serving size at all.

I got three tacos. One steak and two pastor. I asked for green salsa to be on all three, as is an option in the selection menu. All three are dry. I got three sauce packets. One green, one habanero, and one red. This happened the last time I ordered from here through DoorDash. I was hoping this time would be different. They are packed full of meat. The steak taco has no onions or cilantro at all on it. I know the food is good here. I'm just disappointed this happens when you ask for green salsa for each taco and you only get one for three tacos. Maybe don't order through DoorDash and go there instead if you want your order to be correct?

The Original was great. High quality blend of textures and tastes, fresh ingredients and a huge portion of food in one burrito!
The Taco (1) I got was al pastor and perfect. I love the radish and carrot with it, always great.
Usually I stop by but today I had to get it delivered through DoorDash. Whole experience was top-notch and the food was still piping hot when I got it. It was packaged well also.

Quesabirria was outstanding great flavor and more than enough for a meal. Birria taco (1) were messy but are fantastic. I totally recommend this restaurant for your meals.

I usually like this place but the Quesadilla Plate was pretty tasty but expensive for small portions. I also asked for no vegetables but was put on top of food anyway. The horchata was very watery tasting.
