This is hands down the best Mexican food in Everett. The carne asada and ceviche are incredible. They also have a house made hot sauce that is to die for. Quick, delicious, and filling, it's my go to. So glad it's on DD now!

Don't order the carne asada burrito if you want actual carne asada. It was a massive burrito of rice, very little beans, and even less meat. I was able to get only a few bites of meat, and I don't take huge bites. This is the second time and it's suuuuper disappointing. So order their carne asada plate if you want meat. I think the plate (not burrito) is a good price and it tastes great.

The carne asada at El Paraiso is INSANELY ddelicious, like homemade. Easily best carne asada I've had. They put so much love into the food and so much thought into packaging for delivery. Best food I've had in a long time. Best food I've ever ordered from Doordash. Yummmmm
