I am very disappointed my food was terrible, the rice was super dry it seems like it's from days ago ,the chicken super dry and missing the yummy flavor of El Pollo loco also my salsas were missing no salsa was sent

I cook maybe the best chicken in the world. That said, rather than cooking, I eat El Pollo Loco 9/10 times and love it!! Their sides are all good too! I cannot call this fast food because it is good food! Seems like thoughtful people designed the meals and make them. Thank you!

Chicken was over cooked and dry and I ordered creamy cilantro dressing with my Double Chicken Tostada Salad and didn't receive any at all. Strawberry lemonade was watered down. I paid $2.99 for direct delivery thinking my Double Chicken Tostada Salad would arrive fresh, and that was a waste of $$. This location needs to step up their customer service because I've had nothing but a bad ordering for delivery service the last 3 times in a row that I've ordered from this location.

I got a large mashed potato unfortunately they only filled it half way. Salad was great. And the churros were yummy
