Pollo Loco is always delicious and fresh! Love their tortillas and fresh salsas. Fabulous meal always.

I ordered 2 packages of Churros but only received 1 package of 2. This is not the first time this have happene. Regular this happen. The top on the container that the 4pc Half Chicken Meal came in was placed on incorrectly. No utensils.

a Chicken Avocado Taco with out the chicken and hard raw beans on the side. Great service here. highly recommend.

Chicken was old and hard, not fresh at all. The mashed potatoes were good and hot as well as the corn. They gave me no napkins or utensils to eat with.

Not happy with this order the Tostada and the chips taste burnt or oil is old, normally good.
